	Awning Reminder - March
Just a friendly reminder to our residents that live on the 3rd floor, please close your awning on the patio when it is windy and when it rains. This will prevent any damage to the building and the awning. A tip to make it easier for you, keep your awning closed at all times, except for when you will actually be using your patio. This way you won't forget to close it if the weather changes and there is less of a chance of any damage happening. Please contact the office if you need a crank.
	Dog Lovers Only! - March
Gary B. Jones Park, for people and pets. The park has separate areas for both large and small dogs. A common area with drinking fountains and even a minature one for the pups. How Cute! There is also a dog washing area, shelters, pathways and beautiful landscaping. It is located at 8101 Southgate Blvd. just west of University Drive.
	Hampton Pines Park - March
Spend the day outdoors, this park is right around the corner. It is referred to as the crown jewel of North Lauderdale's park system. Hampton Pines Park is a 32 acre natural woodland park containing native bald cypress and slash pines. There is a six acre lake for fishing and boat rentals, a bike path around the lake and through the nature preserve, a health and fitness trail with exercise stations, a TOT area and picnic shelters for rent. Open from Dawn to dusk.
